TPF provides an up to date system for the provision of Health & Safety information including labelling requirements and Transport Regulations relating to all products supplied to our customers.

We can also offer advice relating to packaging regulations and provide up to date information on how changing regulations affects current products with regard to formulation, labelling, packaging and transport.

REACH

As of June 1st 2007 the European Regulation EC/1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation AND Restrictions of Chemicals (REACh) entered into force, effecting all industry.

TPF is well aware of the REACH regulations and has been working with its suppliers to ensure compliance with the regulations and the continued availability of products. TPF is committed to continuing to keep its customers up to date with changes within these complex regulations and the implementation of them.
